We want Populia products to be as satisfying as we are. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide free revenue for a refund within 7 days of your purchase if it is unadjusted, unused and in its original packaging.
Purchased items can be returned within 7 days. This does not apply to personalized items that cannot be returned. To return, please fill out the form below, enclose it in the package and mail it to the following address:

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds and exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. For any defective products, you can send us an e-mail to email@example.com for better advice. If the item you received has the below cases, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order without going through returns:
- Wrong item
- Damaged/ defective products
Note: Returns must be properly packed. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging of the item. We are also not responsible for damage to items caused by cracks, scratches, or general abuse of your hands. In that case, no refund will be given. After carefully analyzing your order, the internal team will handle the refund and send you an email to confirm that you are qualified for a refund. Within seven (7) business days of the refund confirmation date. Customer service will confirm the order information by email within the following 24 hours (after receiving an email / SMS asking the customer to cancel the order) and execute this order within 48 refund periods. Observe Populia's integrated payment gateway return policy during non-business hours.
