4. Delivery time
Actual delivery time and date may vary depending on the postal service in your area. You can see the following standard delivery times:
On average, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of production.
US orders may arrive approximately 5-7 business days after shipping.
International orders can arrive in your country/region within 1-3 weeks of shipment.
5. Where can I deliver the items?
Ships worldwide, but full tracking is only available in the following countries: Canada, UK, Germany, France, Japan, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Hong Kong, Singapore, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Croatia, Estonia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Malta and all other countries. Once shipped, tracking will end. To International Airlines. We do not receive additional tracking updates for these countries and will not be liable after they have been handed over to your international carrier.
6. We do not ship to
Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Federal Republic of Myanmar.
Important: Chinese characters, foreign characters, accents, and other special characters cannot be used in the shipping address.
7. What happens next when I order something?
On average, goods are manufactured and shipped at our facility within 1-3 business days of purchase. Standard delivery/delivery times (5-7 days for US, 1-3 weeks for overseas) apply.
8. If a customer chooses the wrong size or color, can I change it?
Our manufacturing facilities are automated to process orders as quickly as possible so that our customers can receive them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to the automated process, you need to submit an order change request before the item goes into production.
As soon as an order goes into production, it will be decorated and you will not be able to process the order. Use the size chart to provide your customers with a detailed description.
